Support Contracts


Through our Managed IT Services program, we offer different levels of support contracts to fit your business and IT budget needs. In to addition to our standard IT time and material rates, and full project based rates, we offer low flat-fee monthly BROZE, SILVER, and PLATINUM support contracts.

BRONZE Level


  • Our Basic Package designed for small business and individuals with a limited IT budget.
  • Unlimited Remote Support. If we can help you remotely, its included.
  • No on-site support is included. However you do get Discounted IT rates if an on-site visit is required.
  • Maximum 72 hour response time for non-urgent or non-outage based support requests.
  • Maximum 24 hour response time for urgent or outage based support requests.
  • No Proactive IT monitoring.

SILVER Level


  • Our Mid-Level Package designed for small to medium sized business that require a moderate amount of IT support.
  • Unlimited Remote Support. If we can help you remotely, its included.
  • Limited on-site support is included. We custom configure each contract to include on-site support based on your needs. All on-site support required above the allotted time is billed at a discounted IT rate.
  • Maximum 48 hour response time for non-urgent or non-outage based support requests.
  • Maximum 8 hour response time for urgent or outage based support requests effecting a single individual.
  • Maximum 4 hour response time for urgent or outage based support requests effecting an entire location or office.
  • Full Proactive IT monitoring based on your business needs.

PLATINUM Level


  • Our Highest-Level Package designed for medium sized business that require Full-Time IT support.
  • Unlimited Remote and On-Site Support.
  • Maximum 24 hour response time for non-urgent or non-outage based support requests.
  • Maximum 4 hour response time for urgent or outage based support requests effecting a single individual.
  • Best-Effort 2 hour response time for urgent or outage based support requests effecting an entire location or office.
  • Full Proactive IT monitoring based on your business needs.
