If you PC has internet access, then we can help. Our software will allow us to take control over your computer, and fix most problems remotely.
Please contact Fused Technology technical support department prior to starting any remote access session. FTI standard remote support is available Monday – Friday between
8:30am – 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time.
When instructed by FTI, please enter your Support Key in the box at the top of your screen and click the Start Support Session button.
